Student leadership
Representation, accountability and the practice of being trusted.
Student leadership at Mutare First Steps Schools includes learner participation in presidential elections. Children experience democratic participation, representation and the responsibility that comes with being chosen.
Visits take that practice outside the gate, so leadership is not only a badge worn at assembly.
